Info Edge (India) Ltd. invested INR 89 million (approximately $933,000) in Factrika. The company announced the deal on August 14, 2026. It acquired an initial 18.6% stake in the industrial recruitment platform. This move followed a significant increase in Info Edge's fiscal first-quarter revenue.
The investment allows the Naukri operator to expand into the blue-collar and skilled worker sectors. Factrika connects manufacturing firms with specialized labor such as electricians, mechanics, and welders.
A second investment tranche is scheduled by March 31. This additional funding would increase Info Edge's total stake to 26% based on performance milestones.
