Marvell Technology introduced the Teralynx T100, the industry’s first 102.4 terabits per second (Tbps) switch silicon. This chip doubles the bandwidth of the previous 51.2 Tbps generation. It addresses critical bottlenecks in AI clusters used for training and inference.
The Teralynx T100 consumes up to 25% less power than competing solutions. It delivers the lowest latency in its class for cloud data centers. The chip supports open networking standards like SONiC to facilitate faster deployment.
This launch positions Marvell to compete directly with Broadcom in the AI-driven networking market. Marvell will begin sampling the Teralynx T100 to customers in the current quarter.
