Manulife Financial Corporation and Mahindra & Mahindra have officially incorporated their Indian joint venture as Mahindra Manulife Insurance Limited (MMIL). The Ministry of Corporate Affairs granted formal approval for the new entity.
This milestone follows the initial partnership announcement in November 2025. The venture combines Mahindra’s domestic distribution network with Manulife’s global financial services expertise.
MMIL will provide digitally-led life insurance solutions to the Indian market. The company focuses on delivering customer-centric products through its integrated platform.
