Meesho reported ₹3,712.8 crore in consolidated revenue for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. This figure represents a 48% year-over-year increase in operations.

The company narrowed its net loss to ₹132.8 crore, down from ₹289.35 crore in the previous year. These results outperformed analyst estimates.

Meesho shares fell as much as 5% on July 24th following the July 23rd earnings report. Investors reacted to guidance forecasting slower net merchandise value (NMV) growth for the second quarter.

The anticipated slowdown stems from shifting the flagship festive season sale from the second quarter to the third quarter.
