Veradermics (MANE) shares climbed 25% to 30% over the last two weeks. This rally follows positive Phase 2/3 topline data for VDPHL01 announced in April 2026.

The study evaluated VDPHL01 as an oral treatment for male pattern hair loss. Results showed statistically significant hair growth compared to a placebo. The drug also demonstrated a favorable safety profile.

VDPHL01 could become the first FDA-approved oral treatment for pattern hair loss in nearly 30 years.

Veradermics expects additional clinical data in the second half of 2026. The company is currently enrolling patients for a similar study in women. Recent upsized offerings have secured funding for these programs through 2030.
