The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) will launch LSE 24, a new venue providing 24/5 trading. This platform enables near-continuous trading from Monday to Friday for global investors to manage risk across time zones.

LSE 24 will operate independently from the main market, which retains its traditional hours. The venue aims to compete with 24/7 cryptocurrency markets and attract retail investors from Asia. It also supports next-generation digital and algorithmic trading.

Client testing begins at the end of 2026. Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) will launch in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approval. Equities trading will follow at a later date.
