Cheniere Energy has entered long-term agreements to supply QatarEnergy with liquefied natural gas (LNG) through 2054. The agreements cover 4 million tonnes per annum (mtpa).

Cheniere will source 2 mtpa from its Sabine Pass facility in Louisiana. It will supply another 2 mtpa from its Corpus Christi plant in Texas.

Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the early 2030s. Pricing is indexed to the U.S. Henry Hub benchmark plus a fixed fee.

The deal allows QatarEnergy to diversify its global LNG portfolio amid regional supply disruptions. For Cheniere, the agreements enhance long-term revenue visibility.
