Eli Lilly and NVIDIA are partnering with healthcare AI firm Abridge to develop a foundational AI model for medicine. The New York-announced collaboration aims to create an operating system for medicine by structuring and summarizing clinical conversations.
NVIDIA provides the required computing power and its Nemotron suite of models for the project. These models will integrate Abridge’s specialized clinical data to streamline documentation and clinical decision support.
Eli Lilly is making a strategic investment in Abridge to accelerate research access and evidence-based care. The pharmaceutical company joins the initiative as an early adopter of the enterprise-wide AI platform.
