Laser Photonics Appoints Ralph Venegas as Acting Chief Financial Officer

Laser Photonics Corporation has appointed Ralph Venegas as its new Principal Financial Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer, effective June 24, 2026. The appointment follows the termination of a services agreement with The CFO Portal, LLC, under which Roman Franklin had served in the role since May 7, 2026.
