The Coca-Cola Company is preparing a 2027 Initial Public Offering for its Indian bottling arm, Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings.

The company plans to list the unit on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. Coca-Cola may sell a portion of its current 60% stake during the offering.

This divestment aligns with a global strategy to transition toward an asset-light, franchise-focused model. Reports suggest the potential listing could value the bottling unit at $10 billion.

The Jubilant Bhartia Group acquired a 40% stake in the entity in 2025.
