KKR & Co. agreed to acquire medical device manufacturer Integer Holdings in an all-cash deal valued at $5.7 billion.

The investment firm will pay $127 for every outstanding share of Integer.

This offer represents a 51.8% premium over the closing stock price on April 29, 2026.

Integer serves as a leading contract manufacturer for medical devices in the cardiology and neuromodulation sectors.

The transaction resulted from a strategic board review and is expected to close by the end of 2026.

Integer will become a private company to secure the capital and flexibility needed for long-term growth.
