KBR Inc. appointed the leadership team for its planned Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business spin-off. Michael LaRouche will serve as the designated President and Chief Executive Officer. Nicholas Veasey will join as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Veasey is scheduled to join KBR on July 1, 2026. LaRouche will join the company on September 24, 2026. KBR expects to finalize the spin-off of the independent entity, temporarily called SpinCo, on January 4, 2027.
The new company will focus on national security and space missions. It is anticipated to launch with over $5 billion in annual revenue. The entity will employ approximately 20,000 people.
