Johnson & Johnson announced long-term survival data for its Rybrevant and Lazcluze drug combination at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting. The Phase 1/1b CHRYSALIS-2 study evaluated patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring atypical EGFR mutations.

The combination therapy demonstrated a median overall survival of 41.0 months. This nearly 3.5-year outcome represents a substantial improvement over the current standard of care, which typically yields less than two years of survival.

Trial data showed a 55% survival rate at three years. The survival rate remained high at 46% after four years. These results support the potential of the drug combination for patients across various EGFR-mutated lung cancers.
