Moore Threads reported third-quarter revenue of approximately 1.55 billion yuan (~$240 million). Revenue rose 1,774% year over year. The company posted net profit of about 49.3 million yuan (~$7.4 million), reversing previous losses. Growth was driven by surging domestic demand for AI hardware as China pushes for technological self-sufficiency.

In September, Moore Threads announced a collaboration with JD.com to build a domestic computing cluster using 100,000 of its GPUs. The project marks the first time a major domestic cloud provider in China has committed to a cluster of this scale using locally made GPUs. The cluster will be used for large-scale AI model training and inference.
