Jazz Pharmaceuticals reported positive results from the second interim analysis of its HERIZON-GEA-01 Phase 3 trial for Ziihera (zanidatamab). The study evaluated Ziihera combined with chemotherapy in patients with HER2-positive gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.

The trial met its remaining primary endpoint by demonstrating a statistically significant overall survival benefit compared to the standard of care. Jazz Pharmaceuticals plans to present the updated data at a medical conference in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Following the results, Canaccord Genuity reiterated a Buy rating and a $300 price target for the company. Jazz Pharmaceuticals recently raised its peak sales guidance for Ziihera to between $3 billion and $5 billion. This new range increases the previous estimate of more than $2 billion.

The company will submit the trial findings to global health authorities for regulatory review.
