Equinix expanded its partnership with Cisco and NVIDIA to accelerate enterprise AI deployments across its global data center network. Equinix shares rose more than 3% in premarket trading following the announcement.
The collaboration provides standardized blueprints and automation tools for the Cisco Secure AI Factory using NVIDIA technology. These tools utilize Equinix’s high-density power and advanced cooling systems to manage intensive AI workloads.
Equinix also partnered with technology services firm Presidio to launch a dedicated testing lab. The facility allows enterprises to validate AI infrastructure in real-world environments before committing to full-scale deployments.
