CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Zonda for $800 million in cash.
Zonda provides data, analytics, and software to more than 3,000 homebuilders, developers, and lenders. The acquisition expands CoStar’s reach into the $1 trillion U.S. new home construction market.
CoStar will integrate Zonda’s dataset with its existing marketplace network, including Homes.com. CEO Andy Florance stated the move strengthens the company's information solutions across all property types.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
