Intel announced a $2.6 billion expansion of its operations in Vietnam. This new funding brings the company's total investment in the country to $4.1 billion. The announcement coincides with Intel's 20th anniversary of operating in the nation.

The facility in Saigon's High Tech Park serves as the largest assembly and test site in Intel's global network. Intel Products Vietnam has manufactured more than four billion units over the past two decades. The operation has generated over $110 billion in total export value for the country.
