Harrow, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement with Viatris Inc. to acquire the global rights to TYRVAYA®, a nasal spray for the treatment of dry eye disease, for a total potential consideration of up to $100 million. The acquisition is intended to expand Harrow's dry eye product portfolio, complementing its existing VEVYE® franchise.
