Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) signed a multi-year agreement to supply networking equipment for Oracle’s global AI data centers. The deal expands a decade-long relationship between Oracle and the recently acquired Juniper Networks.
HPE will deploy Juniper Networking routing and switching platforms to support Oracle’s AI superclusters. The agreement includes PTX and MX routing platforms alongside QFX and EX switching platforms. These systems manage the high bandwidth and low latency required by large-scale AI workloads.
HPE issued warrants to Oracle for the purchase of HPE common stock as part of the partnership. The companies did not disclose the specific financial terms of the agreement.
