HP Inc. will integrate OpenAI’s Frontier enterprise platform across its global operations. This move makes HP one of the first major companies to adopt the system for managing the full lifecycle of AI agents. The rollout follows successful pilot programs that began in February 2026.

The initiative targets four primary areas: customer and partner experiences, software development, employee productivity, and telemetry insights. HP aims to standardize customer service and accelerate internal workflows through these AI-driven solutions.

Both companies plan to co-develop future applications with a focus on enterprise-grade security and data governance.
