The automation-focused business will be named Honeywell Technologies. This entity will continue trading under the current ticker symbol HON.
The independent aerospace business will operate as Honeywell Aerospace. It will list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol HONA.
The move represents a key milestone in Honeywell's transformation strategy.
