Globalstar Cut From Russell 2000 Growth, Risking Index Fund Sell-Off

Globalstar (GSAT) will exit the Russell 2000 Growth Benchmark during the annual index reconstitution. The removal becomes effective on June 29, 2026.

Index funds and ETFs tracking the benchmark must liquidate their GSAT holdings. This mandatory rebalancing may trigger increased selling pressure and short-term price volatility.
