Goldman Sachs’s asset management arm is in discussions to acquire Celnor Group from private equity firm Inflexion for approximately £900 million. The deal would broaden Goldman’s asset management portfolio and grow its third-party funds business.

Celnor is a UK-based provider of testing, inspection, certification and compliance services. Inflexion established the company in 2023 as a platform to consolidate the fragmented TICC market. Celnor has since grown rapidly through numerous acquisitions.

The acquisition would significantly expand Goldman Sachs’s offerings within its Asset & Wealth Management segment.
