Anthropic has reportedly resisted multiple venture capital offers valuing the company at $800 billion or more. This figure more than doubles the $380 billion valuation recorded during a February 2026 funding round. These offers place the startup's potential market value near its chief rival, OpenAI.
The company’s annualized revenue run-rate recently surpassed $30 billion. Strong enterprise demand for the Claude AI model family drives this growth. Anthropic is also reportedly exploring an initial public offering as early as this year.
