Fiverr International (FVRR) shares fell sharply after the company missed second-quarter analyst expectations for revenue and earnings.

The company reported revenue of $97.8 million, a 10% decrease year-over-year. Adjusted earnings reached $0.50 per share. Management attributed the miss to the accelerating impact of AI, which reduced demand for low-value transactional tasks on its marketplace.

Fiverr lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range between $356 million and $372 million. Active buyers on the platform declined 21.9% to 2.7 million. Annual spend per buyer increased 15.6% to $368 as the company pivots toward higher-value projects.
