EFG Hermes closes record EGP 5.1B bond, fueling EFG Corp-Solutions growth

EFG Hermes closed a record EGP 5.1 billion corporate bond issuance for its leasing and factoring arm, EFG Corp-Solutions.

This transaction represents the largest corporate bond issuance in the history of Egypt's debt capital market.

EFG Hermes served as the sole financial advisor, transaction manager, book-runner, underwriter, and arranger for the deal.

Proceeds will fund the expansion of EFG Corp-Solutions' leasing and factoring operations and its overall portfolio.

Total debt capital market issuances for EFG Corp-Solutions have now reached EGP 16.7 billion.
