Raya Holding for Financial Investments has launched Raya Ventures, its corporate venture capital arm. The new entity will invest in promising startups and engage with emerging technologies at an early stage.
Raya Ventures’ inaugural investment is in Pidima, a UK-based enterprise AI software company. Raya Holding will lead a funding round to support Pidima’s expansion into the Middle East and Africa. The investment aims to draw on Raya’s business ecosystem and network to scale Pidima’s AI platform in Egypt and across the region.
