Discovery Mining Ltd. announced positive exploration results from its 2026 drilling program at the Borden Mine. The drilling successfully extended the Main Zone mineralization by more than 500 meters. Results from 21 holes confirmed and expanded the current mineral resources.
High-grade intercepts in the East Lower Zone included 9.16 gpt over 25.9 meters. A second intercept recorded 13.33 gpt over 13.2 meters. Management stated these results meet or exceed the grades established in the existing resource model.
CEO Tony Makuch expressed encouragement regarding resource conversion and growth potential. The company recently acquired the Kidd Operations in June 2026 to expand its Timmins gold camp footprint.
