Damora Therapeutics announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results and a corporate update. The company reported earnings per share of -$0.40. Analysts had expected a loss of $0.52 per share.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cleared the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for DMR-001, Damora’s therapy for certain blood disorders. The clearance enables the company to start the CLARITY-101 Phase 1/1b trial in the United States. The study will enroll patients with mutant calreticulin (mutCALR)-driven essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis.
Damora reported $528.5 million in cash. The company expects its funds to support operations into the second half of 2029.
Damora will present new preclinical data for DMR-001 at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) 2026 Annual Meeting.
