A federal judge in Delaware dismissed a trade-secret lawsuit against psychedelic therapy developer Definium Therapeutics.

Clinical-trial provider Signant Health originally filed the legal action in February 2026. The lawsuit accused Definium of stealing trade secrets related to LSD trials and sharing that information with a rival company.

This legal victory removes significant financial and regulatory risks for Definium. The company will now proceed with the development of its LSD-based treatments without further litigation uncertainty.
