Citius Pharmaceuticals' majority-owned subsidiary, Citius Oncology, announced positive health-related quality of life (HRQoL) results from the pivotal Study 302 of its drug LYMPHIR® in adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The data, presented at a European oncology conference, showed that patients who responded to the treatment reported sustained improvements in skin-related quality of life.

Key Details

  • Primary Finding: Patients responding to LYMPHIR® treatment showed a mean improvement (reduction) of 5.38 to 13.69 points on the Skindex-29 Total Score, a measure of skin-related quality of life, compared to minimal or no change in non-responders.
  • Symptom Improvement: Among a subset of 41 heavily pretreated patients with significant baseline itch, 32% achieved a clinically meaningful and sustained improvement.
  • Data Context: The results were presented at the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Cutaneous Lymphoma Tumour Group (EORTC-CLTG) 2026 Annual Meeting. LYMPHIR® was approved by the FDA in December 2025.
