Cognizant formed the OpenAI Frontier Capability Group, a global delivery organization with more than 25,000 professionals. The group will help enterprise clients implement OpenAI products, including ChatGPT and Codex, in software development, customer service and daily operations.
Cognizant has trained more than 21,000 associates. They have earned more than 40,000 OpenAI badges.
The company is initially applying OpenAI-powered systems in its own sales and customer success operations, giving clients access to methods tested at enterprise scale. Analyst updates followed the announcement, including a price-target increase from Royal Bank of Canada.
