Comcast's Universal Destinations & Experiences will open its new Universal Kids Resort on July 1, 2026.
The resort sits in Frisco, Texas.
Universal has launched ticket and vacation package sales for the resort.
The project marks the first of its kind for the company.
Universal first announced the development in January 2023.
The resort targets families with young children.
The site scales smaller than Universal's major destination parks.
The theme park spans 20 acres.
It features seven lands themed around Shrek, SpongeBob SquarePants, Minions, and Jurassic World.
The resort includes a 300-room themed hotel.
Bookings for the hotel open on June 30.
