Chariot is trading 12.45% up at £2.80 after its September 1, 2026 framework agreement with Etu Energias and BW Energy.

• The partnership supports Etu’s acquisition of Chevron interests in Angola’s producing Blocks 14 and 14K.
• Chariot will provide technical and operational expertise.
• It gains exposure equivalent to approximately 4,000 barrels per day and an indicative net NPV10 exceeding US$100 million.
