The project required an investment of ₹792 crore. The facility has a planned capacity of 45,000 MVA. This expansion raises CG Power's total manufacturing capacity to 120,000 MVA.
The facility is expected to create more than 2,000 jobs. It aims to serve increasing demand from renewable energy, data centers, and export markets.
