BTQ Technologies Corp. sent final design files for its QSIM chip to its manufacturing partner. The company scheduled the tape-out for August 2026. First silicon samples are expected in the first quarter of 2027. This move advances the commercialization of the company's quantum-safe security solutions.
The QSIM product features a record-low footprint. It is four times smaller than the closest open-source competitor.
