Brigade Enterprises Ltd expects pre-sales to grow 21% this fiscal year. It is targeting Rs 9,000 crore in pre-sales, supported by strong demand for mid-income and premium homes.
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said demand remains strong, particularly for apartments priced between Rs 1 crore and Rs 3 crore. The company is confident it can meet its annual guidance if project approvals are timely.
Brigade plans to invest Rs 40,000 crore over the next three years. The investment will support the development of 40 million square feet of housing, commercial, hospitality and warehousing projects across major cities in South India.
The company will fund the investment through internal accruals, customer advances and debt. About 70% of the investment is allocated to housing projects.
