Tsang will also join the company's Board of Directors. The company simultaneously strengthened its board with three new independent members: Robert Sechan, Olivia Howe, and Jason Edgeworth. These leadership changes are effective immediately. Chairman Thomas Lee stated the new appointments bring experience across technology, DeFi, and financial services to position Bitmine as a bridge between traditional capital markets and the Ethereum ecosystem. The news comes as Cathie Wood's ARK Invest increased its holdings in the company, purchasing an additional 242,347 shares on November 13. In overnight trading following the announcements, BMNR shares traded 1.12% lower.
