New SEC filings show that Assenagon Asset Management S.A. increased its stake in Brookdale Senior Living Inc. by 1,268.9% during the third quarter.
The fund acquired an additional 1,219,166 shares, bringing its total holdings to 1,315,247 shares. That represented approximately 0.55% of Brookdale at quarter-end, with a value of more than $14.2 million.
Earlier in the month, Brookdale completed real estate transactions aimed at increasing property ownership and reducing long-term lease obligations.
