Law firms are alerting investors to a securities fraud class action lawsuit filed against AEVEX Corp. The complaint alleges the company issued misleading documents during its April 17, 2026, Initial Public Offering.
Plaintiffs claim AEVEX concealed a pre-arranged plan to waive a 180-day lock-up period for its controlling private-equity owner. The company announced a secondary public offering in June 2026 shortly after its market debut.
The lawsuit asserts that the private-equity owner received the entire $207.9 million in net proceeds from that offering. AEVEX stock prices declined significantly following the June 2026 disclosure of the secondary offering and the lock-up waiver.
