Aurora Innovation completed an autonomous trucking pilot with McLane Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. The pilot achieved 100% on-time performance. The program covered more than 280,000 miles.
Hirschbach Motor Lines plans to potentially purchase 500 trucks powered by the Aurora Driver. Aurora expects to deploy over 200 driverless trucks by the end of 2026. The company is expanding its Driver-as-a-Service model across the U.S. Sun Belt.
