American Rare Earths partners with Novex, securing US mine-to-magnet supply chain

American Rare Earths signed a Memorandum of Understanding with U.S. metallurgy specialist Novex, LLC.

Novex will convert rare earth oxides from the Halleck Creek Project into metals required for permanent magnets.

The partners will jointly design a domestic production facility using a cleaner high-temperature molten salt electrolysis process.

This collaboration establishes a fully domestic mine-to-magnet supply chain to reduce U.S. dependency on foreign processing.
