American Rare Earths Limited appointed Nick Lissolo as Chief Commercial Officer. The appointment is effective immediately.
Lissolo joined the company in March 2026. He now joins the executive leadership team to spearhead the company’s potential Nasdaq listing.
His expanded role focuses on securing commercial partnerships for the mine-to-magnet strategy. He will also lead U.S. investor relations and manage stakeholder engagement for the Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming.
The appointment signals an acceleration of the company’s U.S. capital markets strategy. American Rare Earths is currently transitioning its flagship rare earths project from the evaluation phase to the development phase.
