AMD reported record revenue of $13.4 billion for the third quarter of 2026. Revenue rose 45% year over year, surpassing analyst expectations.
Data Center revenue nearly doubled to $8.5 billion, up 97% from a year earlier. Strong demand for EPYC processors and Instinct AI accelerators drove the growth.
The results eased concerns about a slowdown in AI-related spending. AMD forecast fourth-quarter revenue of approximately $17 billion. That would represent year-over-year growth of about 66%. The outlook sent AMD shares higher in after-hours trading.
Combined revenue from the Client and Gaming segments fell 8%.
