Legendary investor Stanley Druckenmiller's Duquesne Family Office disclosed a new position in Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in a recent regulatory filing. According to the 13F report, which covers the second quarter of 2026, Duquesne acquired 72,900 shares of the semiconductor company. This investment should be viewed with the understanding that 13F filings are released with a delay, reflecting positions held as of June 30, 2026.

The new AMD stake was part of a broader portfolio rotation for Druckenmiller. During the same period, Duquesne also significantly increased its bet on Amazon while completely exiting positions in other major chipmakers, including Broadcom, Intel, and Micron Technology. The new AMD holding represented a 0.81% portfolio weight at the time of the filing.
