Jitendra Mohan, Sanjay Gajendra, and Casey Morrison won the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026. The Astera Labs co-founders received the honor in Monaco among 58 country winners. These finalists represented 46 different nations. They are the fourth winners from the United States in the award’s history. The competition has run for 26 years.

The trio founded Astera Labs in 2017. They launched the venture to resolve connectivity bottlenecks for AI infrastructure. The company began in a Silicon Valley garage before becoming a critical supplier for major technology firms.

Astera Labs completed a successful IPO in 2024. The company currently maintains a market capitalization of $54 billion. It employs more than 1,000 people globally.
