French real estate company Argan SA reported a 4% increase in rental income to €110 million for the first half of 2026. Growth stemmed from the full-year impact of properties delivered in 2025 and rent indexation. The company also achieved a 100% occupancy rate across its portfolio during the first quarter.
Argan raised its full-year rental income target for 2026 to more than €221 million, up from €220 million. The company cited strong first-half performance. Argan reported recurring net profit of €77.5 million for the first six months. This keeps the company on track to meet its annual profit-per-share guidance.
