Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) appointed Jeff Rowe as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 17, 2026. Rowe will report directly to CEO Juan Luciano in this newly created position.
Rowe will oversee ADM’s commercial businesses, global manufacturing, and research and development efforts. The company established the role to strengthen its leadership team and advance global operational priorities.
Rowe currently serves as the CEO of Syngenta Group, a position he has held since January 2024. His professional background includes over 20 years in various executive roles at DuPont Pioneer.
