Tudor Investment Corp, the firm founded by billionaire investor Paul Tudor Jones, sold its entire position in Arcellx Inc. during the second quarter of 2026. The sale of 462,590 shares, valued at approximately $53.11 million, was disclosed in a quarterly 13F filing with the SEC. These filings are released with a delay, so the trades occurred between March 31 and June 30, 2026.

The divestment coincided with a major corporate event for Arcellx. In April 2026, Gilead Sciences completed its acquisition of the biotechnology company. Following the acquisition, Arcellx became a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilead and its shares were delisted from the Nasdaq exchange.
